Professor Guiora teaches Criminal Law, Global Perspectives on Counter-terrorism, Religion and Terrorism, and National Security Law.Guiora incorporates innovative scenario-based instruction to addressnational and international security issues.

He is both a frequent lecturer and commentator. He has published in the national and international media, including CNN, The Washington Post, PBS,The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, BBC, C-Span, Fox TV, Voice ofAmerica and Wall Street Journal, to name a few.

His recent publications include: "Interrogating the Detainees: Extending a Hand or a Boot," University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform; "Using andAbusing Financial Markets: Money Laundering as the Achilles Heel ofTerrorism," co-authored with Brian Field, University of PennsylvaniaJournal of International Economics; and "National Objectives in the Handsof Junior Leaders: IDF Experiences in Combating Terror," co-authored withMartha Minow of Harvard University, which will appear in the bookCountering Terrorism in the 21st Century.
